Honeywell Acquires Sine Group

Honeywell announced the acquisition of Sine Group, a technology and software-as-a-service (SaaS) company headquartered in Adelaide, Australia,which provides visitor management, workplace and supply chain solutions that are easily accessible via mobile devices. Sine's technology will provide a cloud-based mobile platform for Honeywell's corporate performance management product Honeywell Forge, and Sine's software will enhance Honeywell's Connected Buildings products with expanded security, security and compliance features.

Honeywell will also expand Sine's functions and solutions, and provide Sine products to more customers worldwide.
