The Schneider Electric BMEH586040 is a redundant processor module for the Modicon M580 programmable logic controller (PLC) system. It is designed for high-availability applications that require continuous operation. The BMEH586040 has two processors that operate in parallel, and if one processor fails, the other processor will take over without any interruption to the control process.
