Product Description
The GE Protective Termination Expander Board DS200TCEBG1BAA features 3 bayonet connectors, 4 signal transformers, and 1 26-pin connector. It also contains 4 10-pin connectors and 3 20-pin connectors. The signal transformers that populate the board are used to increase the compatibility of the signals between two devices. The board is also populated with 3 20-pin connectors labeled JKZ, JKX, and JKY. These connectors are connected to signal-carrying ribbon cables, transmitting signals from other boards in the interior of the drive. Ribbon cables are fragile and require special consideration when connecting or disconnecting. It's important to label them to avoid misconnection. When disconnecting, gently pull the ribbon cable connector out of the connector while holding the board steady. Do not disturb the cable routing, as it's designed to reduce interference from power cables.
