EPRO MMS 6120 Dual Channel Bearing Vibration Monitor
The EPRO MMS 6120 Dual Channel Bearing Vibration Monitor is designed for electrodynamic sensors and is part of the MMS 6000 system. It features a redundant, hot-swappable power supply and is specifically designed for PR 6422 to PR 6426 series sensors with CON... converters. The monitor includes an extensive fault detection system and is configurable via the MMS 6000 program. It can connect to epro diagnostic systems via RS 485.
Application:
The monitor is designed for non-contact measurement of relative radial shaft vibrations using eddy current sensors. It can operate in dual-channel mode or process signals from two sensors into a single output.
Function and Construction:
The monitor monitors relative vibrations of rotating machinery parts using eddy current sensors and processes sensor signals into standard output signals. It includes a microcontroller for configuration and data reading, performs harmonic analysis, and stores data for diagnostics.
